At Skin by Mimi, we value your time and strive to provide the best service to all our clients. To ensure a smooth and efficient schedule, we have implemented the following policy for late appointments and no-shows:
Late Appointments
Grace Period: We understand that delays can happen. Therefore, we offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments.
Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
If time allows, we will do our best to accommodate your service within the remaining appointment time. However, please note that your service may be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent appointments and will not be discounted.
If we cannot accommodate you due to your late arrival, the 50% fee will still apply.
No-Show Policy
No Call, No Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and fail to notify us, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
We encourage you to text us as soon as possible at 920-209-1396 if you are unable to make it to your appointment. This helps us manage our schedule and offer the slot to another client in need.
Cancellation Policy
Advance Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment to other clients.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% service fee.
Payment
The late fee for arrivals and no-shows will be charged to the card on file or will be required to be paid before booking any future appointments.
Discounts and Special Offers
Please note that offers and discounts cannot be combined. In the event multiple offers are applicable, the greater discount will be applied.
